Ordering Questions & Order Status

How do I place an order?
When you have chosen to buy a product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button for that item. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart. Then, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart you can make changes to your product quantity or click the "Checkout" button.

When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged at the end of the day on which you place your order

Will prices display on the packing slip of my gift order?
No.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship out orders within 2 business days after you place your order. We are in PA. UPS ground delivers to PA, DE, NJ, CT, MA, VA, MD, OH, RI, and NY within 2 days of shipment. You also have express delivery options at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and in the majority of cases, our fast processing time works to your advantage.

Does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies" to place an order?
Yes. Your browser has to accept cookies to place an order with us. Generally, browsers accept cookies by default. However, you may need to change your settings to enable cookies if you're experiencing problems in the ordering process.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a $10 order minimum

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment in the form of American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
As you complete your order through our online store, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the leading data encryption technology on the Internet, to send this personal information in an encrypted code to our servers. This encrypted data is stored on a protected server until your credit card has been charged. (Please do not email your credit card info to us; only use the checkout process on our website.)

How much shipping and handling will I pay?
Shipping charges are based on your total order weight and destination (we are in Pennsylvania.)

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No, all sales are final at the time of purchase.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We stand behind our products 100%. We will replace or repair any defective item within 90 days of your purchase.

What if an item is eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping, when applicable, is only available to the contiguous 48 states.  No free shipping to Alaska,  Hawaii.or Puerto Rico.
